Planet eStream v5 now utilises HTML5, for the highest possible mobile device compatibility.
The mobile version of the Planet eStream web interface is optimized for use with mobile devices. It implements the jQuery Mobile framework to help provide more of an 'App' feel to the interface. (In later versions of Planet eStream, users with knowledge of html and css will have more control over the look of the mobile site.)
The mobile device friendly Planet eStream website includes the following features:
- Search page - Optimised for mobile devices.
- Categories - Highlighting featured categories.
- Favourites - Users can view, add to, and remove from their favourites.
- View Video - View videos with the device's built in HTML5 player, or flash video player, if available.
- Chapters - Display a list of chapters for the recording being viewed.
